Client Safety and Policies

w Body Now requires a valid credit card that will be authorized to hold your appointment time.  The card will not be charged until the scheduled date of your service at which time you have the option to pay with cash or a different card.

Cancellation Policy

Be advised we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $49.00 cancellation fee PER SERVICE.  We do not accept cancellations on the day of the appointment.  New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.  Any client arriving more than 15 minutes past the time of their scheduled appointment will be subject to a $49.00 missed appointment fee and will be asked to reschedule.  Same day cancellations and appointment no-shows will be charged the full value of the booked service/s to the credit card provided on file or when the appointment was made.  If redeeming a special offer, coupon, gift certificate, or using a package or monthly member body wrap, no-shows and same-day cancellations will be treated as redemption of the scheduled service or subject to a $49.00 missed appointment fee.  This also applies if the service does not get performed on the same day of the appointment.  We apologize, as we cannot consider exceptions to this policy.

Cancellations on orders received either by phone or through our online store for Fat-Loss Programs and Monthly Supplement Packages are subjuct to a $49.00 restocking fee per package and program. 

  Cancellations must be confirmed by phone with a New Body Now employee so leaving a message does not guarantee your request has been received.  Appointments cannot be scheduled or cancelled via our text messaging service.  You must speak with a New Body Now staff member for any scheduling and appointment related issues.


Reschedule Policy

We also have a 24 hour reschedule policy.  If you need to reschedule an appointment we require at least 24 hours notice.  If it is less than 24 hours notice to reschedule, you will still be charged the $49.00 per service fee, but this fee may be applied to your originally booked services if rescheduled and received within 72 hours (3 business days) of your original appointment.  Appointments cannot be rescheduled with less than 4 hours notice and will fall under the cancellation guidelines above.  We apologize, as we cannot consider exceptions to this policy.


Packages and Gift Certificates Policy

All packages and gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise specified on the certificate.  Coupons, packages, special offers, and gift certificates have no cash redemption value. 


Refund Policy

New Body Now does not issue refunds and all sales are final.  This includes, but is not limited to, products, services rendered, pre-purchased services, pre-paid special promotions, online purchases, gift certificates, packages and monthly member fees. 

Privacy Policy

New Body Now shall maintain in confidence all information disclosed by the Clients relating to the disclosing of the Customers ("Confidential Information"). New Body Now will not Sell or make available to any other organization or individual the personal information of the Client.

Client Safety and Risk Disclosure Regarding Body Wraps -PLEASE READ

Client safety is always of the utmost concern, therefore, please carefully review our Safety & Risk Disclosure prior to receiving any services at New Body Now.  Though health issues associated with body wraps are rare, we recommend consulting your physician regarding any health concerns you may have prior to having a body wrap treatment done.

Some of our body wraps use compression that can restrict free circulation.  Any persons with a heart, circulation, or health condition of any kind must first consult a physician to verify you are healthy enough to receive body wrap treatments.

Body Wraps can cause dehydration due to toxins being pulled out of the body and from sweating in our Infrared Sudatonic heat blanket.  All clients must drink at least (4) 8-oz glasses of water prior to receiving a body wrap treatment.

Many clients that come in for body wraps are often dieting and may not have sufficient nutrients and energy to receive a body wrap.  Therefore, we require all clients to have a snack prior to treatment such as a protein bar or some fruits and vegetables.  DO NOT RECEIVE A BODY WRAP TREATMENT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

The solutions and creams used at New Body Now are either all-natural mineral solutions or creams designed for sensitive skin.  Rashes are a rarity.  However, if you have very sensitive skin or allergies to elastic, please notify the technician so that they may perform an isolated "spot-test" to determine if you may be allergic to any products you may be exposed to during the treatment.  Chafing can also occur during a body wrap if bandages roll allowing skin to be exposed and rubbed against.  If you feel any discomfort, please notify your technician immediately.
